Future Ready Flyers
Lindbergh Schools is dedicated to providing students with more than just a high school diploma. Future Ready Flyers is Lindbergh’s PK-12 system designed to prepare students for success in college, career, and life.
Future Ready Flyers is broken down into three stages:

Preflight - for our early childhood and elementary students

Ascent - for our high school students

Preflight
As a Future Ready Flyer, students will:
- Learn about different jobs
- Discover what makes them unique
- Make real-world connections
Navigate
As a Future Ready Flyer, students will:
- Build an Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP)
- Discover high school courses that support their goals
- Learn how classroom learning connects to real-world opportunities
- Explore careers that match their interests and strengths
- Revisit their interests each year & update their plan as they grow
Ascent
As a Future Ready Flyer, students will:
- Explore careers that match their interests
- Discover their talents and strengths
- Build a personalized four-year plan
- Gain real-world experiences
- Prepare for college, career, military, and beyond
- Graduate with more than a diploma— earn credentials and experiences that prepare them for what's next
