District Goals
All of us at Lindbergh Schools are working together toward the same goal: Excellence in Learning. Designing the Future. This is why we do what we do, to help students succeed not only now, but in the future.
The Compass Plan District Goals Report outlines how the work of the superintendent, teaching and learning, human resources, business and finance, and communications departments comes together to support all students, families and employees.
Our Strategic Plan
Every five years, Lindbergh Schools engages community members across the district to develop a Strategic Plan that will support student success and guide annual goals.
The current Strategic Plan was approved by the Board of Education in March 2024. Development of the plan began in August with extensive community engagement, and continued through January with three meetings of a Steering Committee that included parents, staff, students, local community leaders and business people from across the district.
