Facility Use
As a service to the community, Lindbergh Schools may allow outside groups and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used for district activities. Granting a request to use district facilities does not constitute district endorsement of the activity, organization, organization's mission or any opinion expressed by the individual, groups or members of the groups.
Priority will be given to applicants who wish to use district facilities for purposes that directly benefit district students. Use of district facilities will not be granted if the use conflicts or interferes with a district activity, and all uses granted are contingent upon the district's needs.
Requests must comply with:
- Lindbergh Schools Facility Use Classifications
- Fees as set by the Lindbergh Schools Board of Education
- Policy KG, Administrative Procedure KG-AP(1)
Check Availability and Request Use
Lindbergh Schools has partnered with Follett School Solutions to develop a facility use portal that allows users to check availability and submit requests online. All district buildings are now using the Follett School Solutions

Offices are closed on Fridays during the summer.

Booking the LHS Auditorium
The public booking window opens annually for the ensuing Sept 1-Aug 15.
Auditorium Rental Information and Procedures
Hours of Operation
School facilities are available for rent from August to May during the school year. On weekdays, you can reserve a space from 6 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. (as long as it doesn't interfere with the school day) and again from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On weekends, facilities are available from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. These hours may change during the summer depending on staff availability. When you receive your reservation confirmation, it will state the exact time you can use the facility, and you must exit the premises by that time. Exceeding your reserved time may result in additional charges or penalties. Only the specific spaces and equipment listed in your reservation are authorized for use. Unauthorized use of other areas may result in the revocation of your rental privileges.
Inclement Weather
When district facilities are closed because of inclement weather or emergency, they will be closed for the entire day. Facilities reserved for after-school use will not be available.
